Located in the heart of a charming spa town, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring. With a wide variety of pleasant restaurants nearby, you'll never be short of dining options. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. the friendly staff provide excellent service and ensure a pleasant stay. In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast with a range of options to suit all tastes. Plus, the hotel's location in front of the boulevard offers a lovely view of the town.
The dining hall can get quite busy during peak times, which may result in a short wait for a table.

The hotel is an excellent value for money, offering competitive prices for a great stay. The staff are professional and polite, providing top-notch service. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the much-needed A/C. The location is also superb, situated right in front of the boulevard.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the spa and the city center. The breakfast was good for the price and there was a small area for children to eat. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
The rooms could definitely use some updating. The furniture was old and worn out which made the room feel like a workplace.

The spa facilities were great and very close to the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. the breakfast was varied and satisfying.
Sadly, the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. the rooms were in dire need of renovation and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

The hotel staff speaks multiple languages, polite and helpful. Clean rooms and quiet nights for a comfortable stay. Excellent food with low prices for additional drinks. Proximity to Zalakaros Spa, just a few steps away. Convenient location, close to the city center. Great range of breakfast options. Friendly and cute atmosphere. Spacious suite with air conditioning.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
